Clinical (MD or otherwise) is great.
Stay out of anything managed by HR.
Stay away from Physician or Surgeons. Super long recruiting cycles (like a year sometimes), and there are a ton of head cases.
Life sciences is health care adjacent but engineering driven, and itβs booming right now.
