📱 Your phone has seen more of you than other humans 📱
Do you ever stop and think about how much time you spend on your phone each day? From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed, your phone is always by your side, capturing every moment of your life. In fact, your phone has probably seen more of you than other humans.
We live in a digital age where our phones have become an extension of ourselves. We use them to stay connected with loved ones, to work, to shop, and to entertain ourselves. But with this constant reliance on our phones, comes a plethora of random thoughts that can often overwhelm us.
Here are some common random thoughts that you may have faced while being glued to your phone:
Comparison Game
– Why does everyone else seem to have a perfect life on social media?
– Am I not good enough compared to them?
– Will I ever be as successful as them?
Emotional Rollercoaster
– Why does that text message make me so happy/sad/angry?
– How can I stop overthinking every notification that pops up on my screen?
FOMO and Digital Detox
– What if I miss out on something important if I’m not constantly checking my phone?
– How can I disconnect from my phone to be more present in the moment?
Productivity Struggles
– Why do I keep procrastinating on my tasks by mindlessly scrolling on my phone?
– How can I set boundaries and be more productive without distractions from my phone?
It’s essential to take a step back and reflect on the impact that our phones have on our mental health and well-being. Taking breaks from our devices, practicing mindful usage, and setting boundaries can help us regain control over our digital lives.
Remember, your phone may have seen more of you than other humans, but it’s essential to prioritize self-care and mental health above all else. Take a moment to put down your phone, take a deep breath, and connect with the world around you. Your mind will thank you for it. 💙📱

The toilet bowl has seen my asshole more than me
Pretty sure it hasn’t.
Maybe it has when I use Face ID but this iPhone 12 has maybe taken 5 selfies and I got it when this model first came out. However, my phone has definitely seen my cat more than she has seen herself.
OP, are you taking pictures of your asshole?
No, it absolutely has not.
