Can you move back to the college town?
It sounds like you’ve had it rough for awhile and are now going through some sort of inner crisis. Maybe focus on your mental well-being first, then come back to the job hunt in a few months. You could start with exercising, meditation or counselling if you can afford it. If not there’s plenty of books on self-healing at the library, not to mention podcasts.
You could also search for some activities in your area on Meetup to meet some new people. There might be a meet up at a local pub in the evenings when you’re free. If not – you could start one!
Hang in there ❤️
