Not the answer youβre looking for but few weeks ago, my PC Optimum account was hacked and $80 worth of PCO points were redeemed by hacker. Nevertheless I got my account and points back.
It’s probably a glitch in the ui that fetches your balance details from the database. Nothing to worry about.
Do you see a transaction in the history removing the funds? if not probably a ui glitch, if so report the transaction as unauthorized
Theyβre completely lost on plaid connection with YNAB too. Useless.
