Hey there, fellow talent acquisition professionals! 👋 Have any of you come across any opportunities for recruiters that are remote and pay at least $28 an hour? I’ve recently found out that my role is being outsourced, and I’m on the lookout for a new opportunity. I have 7 years of experience in recruiting, but so far, I haven’t had much luck in finding a new role.
Here are a few things I’ve been trying, but any additional tips would be greatly appreciated:
– Updating my resume and LinkedIn profile to showcase my skills and experience
– Reaching out to my network for potential job leads
– Applying to job postings on various job boards and company websites
If you have any leads or suggestions, please feel free to share! Let’s help each other out in this challenging job market. 🤝 #Recruiter #RemoteWork #TalentAcquisition
Remote is going to be incredibly tough to land right now. The TA market is flooded with highly qualified TA folks from some of the best companies
Yep.. The TA market is flooded with the best of the best recruiters in the market. I’ve got 3 years of experience and sent out thousands of applications and only got a response from a few companies hiring for commission pay only. I’m not the happiest I’ve been but at least I’m doing what I want to do.
Took me well over a year to find one but I start Monday thank god. I was so sick of applying. GL OP!
