You should tell HR about what this other boss did. That was highly inappropriately and I am sure they would love to know.
Her issues with her personal life are her problems once she chose to harass you. You are not responsible for the outcomes of her actions.
definitely tell HR of what your other coworker said. update us when you do lol
Now report that person.
Retaliation is serious, report his ass
On a personal, non HR note, when this apparently married woman propositioned you, she took a huge risk with her personal life and it looks like the odds didn’t work out in her favor. She’s reaping what she sowed* and you can’t take ownership of her actions. She made her choices.
On an HR note, I would agree that you should tell HR about the “friend”.
i’d report that person. and telling HR you didn’t want your boss fired probably would have had 0 impact on the decision. she was a liability which needed to be gone.
She did this to herself. You had no obligation to “save her” and I can’t believe another boss asked you to do that. Please contact HR about this if you have any sort of evidence that this took place!
Call HR about this inappropriate call you got
You have to report it because if you dont that boss may make your life difficult in the future.
No. She knew better, and she has to deal with the consequences. The only one to blame is herself . You didn’t do anything wrong, OP.
