It’s like businesses have gotten so lazy that they don’t want to be successful.
They need competition.
Iβve had this happen to me. The interviewer was on a client call that went a few minutes over, and had another one after the time slot the interview was scheduled for he so never made it onto the zoom. I emailed the recruiter to let them know and it was rescheduled.
Either the first four thought you did well and the last interviewers decide it wasn’t necessary and they’ll just hire you..as long as it’s not a requirement to have 5 interviews.
Or you did poorly and the last interviewers didn’t need to interview any further.
Or the last interviewer was involved with important business and couldn’t make it.
It will most likely be re-scheduled with apologies.
