I’ve been in similar situations before from both ends of the spectrum. Sending a long diatribe may have slotted you into the nutter category AKA crazy pants. Get a lawyer and have all communications go through that.
The lawyer will be brief, to the point, and stern.
In the meantime gather all documentation and give that to your lawyer.
