Pick something and go for it, only you can find your purpose. Many people chase money and fail, chase health…… clean up your diet, sleep better, tone down or get rid of caffeine/nicotine/alcohol/drugs, workout a few days a week, stop distracting yourself with the internet/social media/youtube/movies/video games (use only as a tool to better yourself- educational), no pron no wank (try semen retention), practice discipline and patience everyday, go out side more sit in the sun on the grass, go on hikes and see nature, meditate, keep trying to become better everyday every baby step counts just keep moving forward don’t lay flat on your face.
