#Unemployment #FalseAccusations #CareerChange
Hey everyone, I need to get something off my chest. Something really fucked up happened to me recently. My ex boss actually called my new employer and straight up lied about a criminal conviction that I don’t even have! As a result, I lost my new job and now I’m unemployed. It’s been a tough blow, especially since I’ve been the breadwinner for my family of five.
But you know what? As messed up as this situation is, I’m also feeling a sense of freedom. I never have to work for the authorities again, after almost two decades of dealing with frustrating bureaucracy and difficult situations. I won’t miss dealing with anxious kids and parents in a broken school system, that’s for sure.
Here’s what I plan to do now, and maybe it can help some of you too:
– Stay positive and focused on finding a new career path 🌟
– Consider freelancing or starting your own business 📈
– Seek legal advice if you believe you’ve been unfairly targeted 📚
– Surround yourself with supportive friends and family 💪
Have any of you been through something similar? How did you handle it? Let’s support each other through tough times like this. Remember, we’re stronger together. 💼🤝 #StayStrong #NewBeginnings
I’m glad you made it out of that toxic world. Depending on where you live, you got a golden ticket to sue to crap out of both ex employer and the most recent ones. Most lawyers take it on due to chances of high payout. Make them suffer for their crimes…
This sub has the rep of screaming, “Sue the bastards!”
In your case, this is worth looking at.
I think you should ask a lawyer if you have a case. You were directly denied a livelihood by a falsehood that the old boss imparted to your new job.
[Shit like this is also an excellent reason not to tell ANYONE at the old place where you are going.
“I’m moving out of the area” is believable. So is the claim that one is going back to school or quitting for health reasons. It is none of their business].
That’s the easiest defamation case anybody has ever heard of. Find a lawyer and they’ll help no problem.
Screw your old employer for defamation.
I’d also add that try to engage with the old boss, if you can, via text on why he did what he did. Get him to admit to it in text. Try to be sneaky and get him to text all sorts of evidence against him. He probably thinks you’re stupid so play stupid and when you have what you need, sue him.
Listen to fame by David Bowie.
While grooving to the bass, sue for defamation.

Epic shit from this sub💖
If the loss of job was directly related to the ex-bosses claim, lawyer up. “Tortious interference” would be my guess to the most appropriate claim.
Hey wont hurt but do call up the NLRB. Wait til someone answers, clearly (think bullet points), tell them what happened. You can also report your job to the your state’s department of labor. That is so illegal. You need proof. The job must hire you back. They will get in trouble too. That is discrimination.
This is absolutely a libel/slander case if your new employer has proof of the communication that took place. Possibly a wrongful termination case depending on the state you live in.
Do you have proof he did that, if so then you absolutely have a strong defamation case against him with provable damages.
Seriously if this happened and it’s in America you have a hell of a lawsuit. There are very strict laws about what a employer can say about your employment history
