Hope adequate staffing is it
CVS leadership is garbage. This is an easy fix, but it cuts into infinite growth profits and out of control C-suite compensation, so not gonna happen. At this point they need to cut leadership salaries and dump it into staffing at the bottom.
It’s adorable that they think they have any idea of how to improve it in the first place.
