#RevenueGoal: Day 2/365 of trying to reach 100k in revenue… Can it be done? 🤔💸
Hey guys! So I’ve been on this journey to hit that 100k revenue mark and let me tell you, it’s been quite the adventure so far! From setting up logo gigs on Fiverr to starting a music channel on Youtube, I’m trying all sorts of strategies to make this happen.
I’ve even dabbled with the idea of selling high ticket products and maybe even trying out cold emailing (whatever that is 😅). But hey, it’s all part of the hustle, right?
Currently sitting at a solid revenue of $0 (we all gotta start somewhere, am I right?), and my Youtube stats… let’s just say my biggest fan is myself 😂
But hey, I’m not giving up! I’m determined to make this work and hit that 100k goal. So here’s the burning question – can I do it? Join me on this journey and let’s find out together! 💪💰 #HustleHard #SmallBusinessJourney #100kin365days #Goals #ChallengeAccepted 🚀💼🎉
Now, tell me – what goals are you working towards? Share your story in the comments below! Let’s support each other on this crazy ride we call entrepreneurship! 🙌💡😄
You just now found out about vector and scalable logo design. And you’re going to post roughly three hundred sixty of these before reality dawns on you?
There will be a least fifty clueless Artificial Intelligence logo generator posts between now and then. Clueless because there have been automated logo generators for decades. And because they still won’t have a clue what a logo is or does.
The lack of suspense is profound.
Don’t mind AnonJian. Not everyone is so negative.
It’s great to read another day’s reflections.
I’ll be learning from your experience, too.
You’ve got the right attitude! Keep at it!
I am not trying to be negative but personally the business model you are following both fiverr and youtube does not pay well. Me as full stack developers with much low competition than logo design ain’t getting clients. Even if you did it will be 100$ max if you are senior may be 1000$ per month. So no fiver and youtube doesn’t make you reach 100k. hope it works for you though
Just keep going or you get it right or not in the end of the day you will leave the last day with a lot of knowledge or with a lot of knowledge and money so I don’t see any failure on this
Following!!
Ill give you an average views/mo on youtube RPM likely for a history audience if you are making long form video content around 10 minutes, let’s be a hopeful $4.00 for 25-45 year olds, for 100k revenue you would need 25mil views/year or 2.1m longform views at $4 RPM/mo. I would strongly suggest using the socials to sell something aswell.
Are you using AI for the logos too? I’m honestly sick of people selling AI ‘artwork’ but I know you don’t care because you’re making money.
This is pretty interesting to be honest, I like following the progress. I think I might also search for a way to start my entrepreneurship journey as well and see where that gets me 365 days from now
Your attitude and mindset is great – worst case you learn but don’t earn.
Try to focus on how you will create value for someone. Focus on a specific niche.
I would say this thread is totally fine to be helpful and to share your experiences.
Keep shooting for the moon mate!
Thought of renting out websites for 50$ – 100$/month to smaller businesses? Hostinger has a great sale right now and their website builder is pretty easy
Keep going man. You will reach your goal.
YouTube and Fiverr are filled with low effort entrepreneurs who compete in a saturated market.
**Let’s delve into why they are saturated shall we:**
YouTube has 114 million active channels, picking the right topic to talk about is the differentiator here.
YouTube was founded by former PayPal employees, they did the work so you can post content online. That’s right you don’t have to put in as much work because they created a user friendly interface.
Luck plays a key role in whether you succeed, it’s based on algorithms and if you’re a new channel you need to create momentum and provide consistent content that’s likeable.
Fiverr has 380,000 active sellers, making it extremely competitive to be chosen for your service
Fiverr takes a 20% commission off your earnings, they are the big fish. You do the work while they relax.
Fiverr restricts you from being able to create your very own brand. As any work you do is affiliated with their business, not yours.
In conclusion, both of these options require you to be platform reliant, and that is one of YouTube and Fiverr’s competitive advantages. If you truly want to be successful you really do have to look for solutions that you can’t access because they haven’t been created.
Independence is extremely important if you want respect as an entrepreneur.
