Setup a simple Etsy shop. It’s super user-friendly and great for beginners.
Exactly as other user said simply list your product as a printable png file on etsy or amazon or ebay or any other marketplace in your local get paypal or any other thing like venmo/cashapp etc for getting payments. And make sure to setup a print on demand service like printful, printly etc where they are able to print your design and ship it to your customer in a whitelabel manner. This print on demand service may have api conenctions to marketplace sometimes else once you get order in marketplace simply manually inform print on demand provider of your order details so they can process it for you with end product
Shopify- design the store which you will use for the sales. Then marketing is going in. Just do not procrostinate too much and do little steps everyday brother!
