Provide details about the title, role, the compensation range and any other factors like relocation support or remote work availability.
Candidates want information they can work with. Being too cagey will limit your responses.
Minimize company fluff and boiler plate
Use the title most commonly associated with the tasks of the job. If it’s customer service role but you guys call it client success or something, use customer service as the title and then in your message to applicants clarify the title. I do some thing like; Thank you so much for your interest in the Client Success (customer service) role we have open with our client in the xyz area” etc
Don’t waste money on job ads and investing in sourcing
Tell us exactly what you want from us and exactly what we will get in return. Total transparency.
