I’m still developing my reward system, but I’ve used relaxation, iPad planning, watching tv, playing videogames, any leisure activities after cleaning or doing a mental/physical load of work. I’m trying to limit social media and scrolling by using it as a reward but I have to get things done before I can relax.
Usually if is something huge I get myself another pair of shoes. But I’m out of space now so o have to rethink that one. If it’s something like I survived the week during my period or ovulation week and everyone made it home alive. Then take out. I make Friday night my date night to myself and I order in food and watch a good movie. Or I take me out somewhere fun like a museum, movies, on a walk somewhere new or try a new eating place. Or sometimes I just buy myself something I’ve been wanting.
Chinese takeaways!
Weed and vodka! Or a new video game or sex toy lol

Take out! I usually try to cook at home, but on the days when I feel like I could use something special, I’ll get take out. Usually fast food (because it’s easy) but sometimes I’ll get Chinese or Indian.
McDonald’s Breakfast sandwich sausage biscuit with cheese or Caribou coffee.
If I’m out and about running errands. I buy myself a treat. Usually a pretty spontaneous decision like an expensive Starbucks coffee or an impulse buy at the store. After I spend a day cleaning the house I like to do my self care ritual. I light some candles, take a nice long everything shower, lotion up, put on a robe and a face mask. Or if I’m rewarding myself after a long and stressful day/week at work I treat myself to some drinks 🙂
Accomplishing short term goals: travel, tattoo
Watching a movie, all the lights out, with snacks and maybe a glass of wine. Cozy blanket is also a must!
Vacation
It’s mostly food unfortunately/fortunately.
It also depends on what hobbies I’m heavily into at that time. If I’m in my workout kick it’ll be some workout gear, a new supplement, tennis.
Massages or spas. I love self care.
When I was heavy into materials it would definitely be a new purse, perfume, gold jewelry.
Rum
A lot of the times I’d reward myself with some sushi from my favourite restaurant, since sushi is quite expensive especially as a student. I recently submitted my dissertation and treated myself to some. 😋😊
Cheesecake. Binging SVU. Booking cheap flights. Buying T-shirts I don’t need.
Meal at a nicer restaurant, even if it’s solo at the bar.
I get a taco bell craving box and eat it in the bathtub while reading smutty werewolf books.
Sleep 🙂
Ordering Uber eats haha
Have a big, fatty donut with coffee and going for a long walk right after. Then do some shopping for clothes, a small item or two.
Reading time, new books, perfume. Sushi. 😍
The day’s one scoop of ice cream.
Iced coffee, video games, bubble baths
