Hey everyone! ๐ For those who deal mainly with employee relations, I’m curious to know:
– How many cases do you typically handle on a weekly basis?
– What is the size of your workforce population?
– Could you also share which industry you work in?
I think it’s important to exchange insights and best practices in managing workplace issues. One possible solution that I’ve found helpful is implementing regular communication and feedback channels to address concerns proactively. What strategies have worked for you? Share your thoughts! ๐ค๐ผ #CollaborateForSuccess
We have about 500 employees and have about 1-2 investigations a month but daily dealing with performance issues
~500 in frontline healthcare delivery. Typically have about 2-3 concurrent investigations at any given moment. Patient care really spices up the ER dynamic
Back in a <100 white collar tech org- would have maybe 2 a quarter, if that.
When I was handling ER by myself for 1400 employees in the security industry, I had around 3-4 investigations open at any given time. Thatโs not including reviewing disciplinary actions, grievances, etc.
35 employees. Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
I deal with petty BS on almost a daily basis. Nothing really major though.
Insurance Sales, 1200 people. 1 actual investigation for every 40 cases assigned. About 125 cases per month.
Hospitality industry, 1200 EEs, Iโm in the middle of 1-10 investigations any given day, some more serious than others, taking more time. Plus assistance with disciplinary documentation, training, consultations, etc.
When I was an HRBP for logistics, 800 employees, 5-10 investigations at a time plus all the other things (recruiting support, engagement survey, performance, etc). Now I work in construction same population count and itโs a handful a quarter.
