You’re in an agency, given that number ? 15 seems about right honestly.
Every agency will be mooore than happy if you actually make 2 placements per month.
Your req count is about right. Entry lvl roles shouldn’t be too hard. There are a lot of factors that can change what you can reasonably do but 2 fills a month is very low. It’s unfortunate you have no training but it is doable to fill a lot more.
I would say that number is about right and even on the low side.
Internal recruiting is more about coaching your hiring managers regarding realistic expectations and process more than anything.
Set clear expectations and streamlined process with them. If you don’t already have an SLA or timeline, nows the time to establish that. Then see if they have clear and realstic expectations on the person they are looking for.
Sometimes entry level positions are overwhelming because there are so many to choose from. Narrow down the skills and fine tune your search. Give them weekly updates of your efforts.
