Hey there, fellow entrepreneurs! π
So, I’ve been sharing my journey of live-building a SaaS in public, and today I want to talk about a common mistake I made: skipping customer interviews. π
I used to think my intuition was enough, but boy was I wrong! Now, I’m on a mission to do things right this time around.
But here’s the problem I need your help with: creating a high-converting landing page. How crucial is it for a SaaS, right? π€
I’ve gathered some questions from YC to validate if it’s worth pursuing, but I need your input too! Have you faced a similar struggle?
I’ve also learned the importance of talking to people, especially user interviews. And guess what? I need to find 10 people to talk to! Can you help me out? π
Here’s the plan:
– Reach out to ex-colleagues
– Engage on Reddit and Linkedin
– Ask for your support in finding the right candidates
What do you think? Any tips or suggestions for me? Let’s build this together! β¨
And remember, sharing your challenges and seeking input can lead to valuable solutions for everyone. So, feel free to chime in with your thoughts and let’s keep this conversation going!
Cheers to progress and learning every step of the way! π

Hey! Good Post, this is my first one that I’ve seen. I’m on the same road as you, I’m ok at talking to people however just the idea of what is tricky to me. What gave you the idea to push to SaaS? I’m wanting to start a similar online business working my own hours and give my own salary(My goal $100k and then $200k annually in profit then so on so forth.) I just found that there are just so many areas in online category. I’m thinking of getting as much experience in the skill first and then start a business but how do I even get into the career if its competitive? So many questions that are un-answered.
