I use ADP and it’s a nightmare. Mistakes on their end almost every week. I also have to keep separate records because their system sucks so much. Terrible platform.
ADP had the withholding on the Federal tab blank for an employee for 4 years and it doesn’t trigger a payroll stop. There’s no QA on their systems. If they mess up it’s your problem.
