Job boards aren’t worth the hours to me anymore. I go outbound + source all of the jobs I work. LI Recruiter Lite for up-to-date LI profiles + Loxo Source as that pulls in candidates who aren’t on LI or don’t update LI. From there I use boolean to find exactly who I want.
