Someone tried to steal my phone.
I had to use the train and some guy snatched my phone while I was reading an e-book. He started running outside and I went after him. He tried to get into the grocery store and then exit from the other door so he can confuse me and then he dropped my phone between the carts. I didn’t see if it was my phone but I grabbed him and he was terrified, asking me to leave him alone.

proud of you, scary times we live in, always be careful
Reminds me of the time I was waiting for the Bart in San Francisco, around 11pm at night. I was the only one on the platform and saw this guy from a far walking fast towards me with his head down in a jacket I had my phone out and put it in my pocket when the guy was about 5 feet away. He bumped into me and kept walking. He for sure thought he’d be able to swipe my phone. I’m lucky he didn’t escalate and instead he played it off as an accident.
Oh no, we totally expect that from a girl when it comes to her phone!
Scream that you’re gonna rip outside intestines and use them as a belt the next time he does this…
Where is the revenge?

What an awful post
Like Jane Wick.
This is why I never have my phone out when walking in a parking lot or anywhere else when I am alone. I am watching what is going on and who is near me or coming towards me. My head is on a swivel so I can see what might be coming my way and have a plan to deal with it.
When you are using your phone you are distracted and therefore you look like a victim.
