#OffboardingMaterial #HRDrama #StressedOut
Hey y’all, so I recently left my job on 4/22/2024, and guess what? Exactly a month later, the HR department decides to reach out to me about offboarding stuff. Like, is this a surprise party or what? 🥳 But here’s the catch – they insist on a phone call, claiming we have to discuss, even though I just want to handle it all via email. And the kicker? They won’t even tell me what’s up when I ask. Talk about frustrating, am I right?
So, here’s my burning question for you all – has anyone else found themselves in this tricky situation? And more importantly, what should I do? This situation has got me feeling majorly stressed out 🥲, and I could really use some advice!
Can’t wait to hear your insights! Let’s navigate this HR drama together 💼🤝.
If if you no longer work for the company you don’t have any obligations to them. I’m not sure what they’re looking for but unless you’re complied by a court order you don’t have to give them anything. It’s especially fishy that she doesn’t want to answer the questions in writing. They’re probably trying to cover their ass for something. Don’t help them
Why not take the call in case it’s important? If it’s not you can hang up bc you don’t work there anymore.
