Your child’s safety is paramount. Stay informed and protect your rights as a parent in challenging situations. #ParentingStruggles #LegalAdvice #ChildSafety.
Does your current order have provisions that she’s to tell you her address?
I would reach back out to your attorney who helped you with the first order. If she’s already violating the order by refusing to tell you where she is living, you may be better served by filing for an emergency custody hearing. The point of an emergency custody order is specifically to prevent imminent harm to the child such as potential kidnapping.
File a motion right away. Represent yourself if you have to. The longer you sit on this the less likely the courts will care.
I don’t recommend withholding visitation unless you have something concrete. There’s a high likelihood that the judge will not like you withholding visitation without trying to adjudicate the issue.
