I’ve been dealing with a tricky situation involving a supervisor who seems to be playing favorites and making questionable scheduling decisions. There’s a lot of tension and potential retaliation in the air, and I’m hesitant about how to handle it.
Should I take my concerns to HR or should I speak with our manager, who happens to be friends with the supervisor in question? It’s a tough call, especially when you’re worried about potential backlash.
