#JobSearch #Entrepreneurship #MentalHealth #COVID19Struggles
Hey everyone, have you ever felt like you’re hitting a wall in your job search after college? I know the struggle all too well – thousands of applications sent out and not a single job offer in sight. But I refuse to give up, and I’m exploring alternative paths like starting a mobile food shop since I have a passion for baking. 🍪
Here are a few things I’m considering and maybe you can chime in with some advice or suggestions:
– Starting a mobile food cart based on my baking hobby
– Exploring other side gigs like food delivery to make ends meet
– Perhaps looking into crowdfunding or small business loans to kickstart my dream
I know it’s tough out there, but giving up is not an option. Let’s brainstorm together and find creative solutions to push through these challenging times. Remember, you’re not alone in this journey! 🌟
Go find warehouse jobs, Walmart, Amazon , etc etc and do a bunch of OT just to have money, from there the money will give you options. Or go look into a trade union or nonunion and just work as a helper or groundman by signing the books (union)
I’m a health inspector so I work with restaurant and mobile unit owners every day. Do not go into the business. Margins are so tight that you really don’t make much money. I would say at least 60% of the mobile units that I open close within 2 years

The job market is brutal right now.
File for disability, at least it’s an income for now.
If you can drive well and for 8+ hours a day maybe a CDL would be something to look into ? I know a few companies out there pay for the training/have their own training facilities the only cavet is you have to work with them for a year or two to “payback” the classes.
