The “nitpicking” might just be mentoring and helping you get better at your job. You say you want experience, well… you won’t get any better at your profession if everyone pats you on the back and says “good job!” The certs are great, but they don’t mean much in the real-world. Experience means everything. Listen to what the experienced people are telling you, learn from it and then you too will become a master of the craft.
If you want an honest opinion, include specific examples and incidents so we can decide if your complaint is justified.
Generic advice for your situation is to quit and search for a better company, or suck it up until you get so good at your job that nobody can criticize your work.

I’ve worked at 3 different places in my career with several different managers and co workers.
I would say maybe 1 or 2 of the 50+ people that I worked with were annoying/demeaning
Most everyone on any and all teams were very supportive and helpful. I also get most joy out of my job when teaching/helping another person learn something new.
If you’re not in an environment like that, move on.
All the people in the comments saying “grow thicker skin”, or “accept abrasive criticism”, probably ARE the douchebags that no one wants to be around. Don’t listen to them. It’s ok to stand up for yourself.
That being said, it is on you to make the change.
