Hey there! 🌟 Finding your purpose in life can be a tough journey, but remember, you’re not alone in this feeling. It’s completely normal to feel unsure about what you’re meant to do. Here are a few thoughts to consider:
– It’s okay to explore different hobbies and interests until you find what truly resonates with you. Don’t be afraid to try new things!
– Sometimes, our passions can evolve over time, so what didn’t spark joy before might suddenly click later on.
– Have you considered talking to a career counselor or life coach? They can help you navigate your interests and strengths to find a potential career path.
Remember, it’s all about the journey and not the destination. Keep exploring, stay open-minded, and trust that you’ll find your purpose in due time. Hang in there! 🌈 #LifePurpose #KeepGoing
Please don’t tie your existential purpose to a job. Its a western capitalist thing. For many people, their higher purpose is religion and not a job. You don’t need to think that it is a job .
Work with something where you help people, sick, disabled or old, then the job can feel perhaps purposeful and not so useless. Don’t force yourself into thinking it has to be a hobby, some just want to pay their bills and separate hobby from job.
I don’t think a purpose just falls in to your lap for most. I’ve had a lot of periods of life going through different phases of purpose. Almost always I get to a point of success where I give up, because the effort to learning reward is skewed heavily. The better you get at something the harder you have to practice to make gain. Like lets say you find your purpose, and you find that you are now so advanced in your purpose that 999/1000 people can not understand your passion. Do you think that the purpose is enough to carry you forever? You have to find joy in something, and liking using technology won’t get you very far in IT – it’s a lot of boring shit even as someone who “fights hackers” which is the cool way to say what I do (netsec engineer)
The purpose of your life is to find something you enjoy, if its nothing you are doing now, continue to something new.
Your job isn’t gonna be your purpose and if it is you’ll cheapen your purpose, it’s gonna turn in to a job
