Ya the entire market in the world is saturated not a single new business can be made
There are solutions for every problem, you don’t need come up a new one, you just need to come up with a better one 🙂
I want to share one personal experience from my company. I have been working for a small SaaS team for more than 1 year. While doing link exchange or guest posting, there is a pain point, we all just try to do email outreach or sending message from Linkedin to get backlinks. There are lots of websites and agency offer link building service. However there is not a single platform that allow SaaS founders or professionals to do direct link building.
I think everyone who in the industry been suffer from this forever, so 2 month ago, our team finally decide pour our resources to this new website: [https://linktopia.io/](https://linktopia.io/) It is a community link-building for bloggers, entrepreneurs and startup brands to grow domain authority and supercharge website traffic.
Personally, i think this idea is genius and a way better solution than the traditional one.
Market Research Demands.
Think about a problem that u enjoy solving and find people who have that problem and help them solve. When u enjoy it, u will find it easier to be successful. Doesn’t mean it will be easy. But when u encounter obstacles it will be easier to face and get through them. If u solve random problems u don’t care about then u might or might not enjoy the process. Experiment with this idea!

Yeah, when I started out I felt the way you do. However my latest passion is something that arose with existing products in the market. My sister literally texted me saying she liked an app but it wasn’t available in her area.
Later, as I researched, I realized that the existing product basically puts up a paywall to its content, so my idea is differentiated by being in different locations and by being free.
TL;DR you can absolutely build something that others have done. You just need to differentiate yourself from your competitors.
You find problems by working somewhere for a couple years. Then you actually know the business too.
Hello, I’m new here! I’m not sure how this app works lol. But I have a store on Shopify and Etsy. I sell digital products, digital planners, prayer journals (my favorite), keto recipes, a “kookin” ebook also and more great ideas that I have! I made $1500 in 3 days which is pretty good for my first time and no big platform! I see that I have a lot of traffic in my store but it’s like half purchase and half just don’t! I want to learn ways to improve my business, I have great products that I feel is unique! Please give me some tips or platforms yall use to become successful I’m a single mother it’s hard to make ends meet from where I’m from and I just want to be successful like you guys! Thank you 😊
Create a robust process for the implementation of the problems you have found the solutions to.
Just think of everyday problems. You are likely to come across at least one. Some of them have solutions that are pretty simple, but no one has invested in integrating them
Your post sounds like you have a problem, to me.
The “solutions” industry is perhaps forty years old. Name the problems we don’t have anymore. Oh bother…
>And the reason for CRM’s strategic decline will be the growing realization that CRM systems cannot actually fulfill their promise of creating better interactions with customers. In fact, the opposite is true: CRM systems are a primary cause of the disconnect that most companies suffer between their sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
>Simply put, CRM systems can’t do what companies need them to do.

Maybe just calling yourself “entrepreneur” doesn’t actually turn you into one. What’s the next step — post a newly discovered problem here for commenters to solve for you?
What about the problem of not turning to a news channel from Nickelodeon? [Japanese town uses bodybuilders to provide help in nursing homes](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BC_XhCYaIZM) Tilt your head back; it should start raining soup in three …two …one.
You can still address those problems where someone else is already addressing them.you just have to add creativity and a few adjustments to be better.[minepeakworks.com](https://minepeakworks.com)
literally plugging a solution to find pain points
Here it is: [Owchie ](http://Owchie.com)
The best ones in my opinion, are the ones that don’t ask for solutions. You know then, that it’s a real problem that they can’t fix themselves.
There are three ways to solve problems: awareness, ability, will.
You can do something that no one else is currently doing (awareness)
You can do something that no else can do better than you (ability)
You can do something that no else is willing to do (will)
With awareness, it all comes down to a niche. What is a market that no one is addressing or is being underserved?
Unfortunately, the best way to know that answer is to be that apart of that market.
Basically I wanted to buy x, no one was selling it, I figured I wasn’t the only one with that desire so I started to start producing it myself.
This is one of the benefits of having a wide social circle (extremely useful for an entrepreneur) because it helps increase your awareness
You can also do something better than everyone else (or something no one else can do).
Doing something that no else can do sounds impossible, but you need to focus on the subjective, not the objective.
For example, things like art (for example music and youtube) have a style that comes from the creator which based on their own life experiences and perspectives could be unique.
Lastly it’s will. This one’s pretty obvious. Things like only fans are good examples but it can also be something extremely tedious (I know some states are a nightmare to do business in but can be a good niche for anyone with enough patience to deal with their bullshit).
A good way to find this niche is to find something that repulses a lot of people but has potential to make a nice profit.
The three forms of power are reputation, resources, relationships so you should look for a business that can offer any of those three (preferably all). It’s not a bad deal to work solely for reputation or relationships at the beginning as those can lead to money (resources) later. In fact, you can use one to obtain the other two.
Get inspired by your own painful moments.
A bit of my story…
I worked in sales many years ago and being not well-organized person, I usually just took photos of business cards. But it was hard to dial number from a photo. So I created an app for Android that could help me with that.
It was all inspired by my own pain…
Eventually, the app became successful, with 15M+ downloads worldwide, and a huge part of this success was that I translated it into 30+ languages.
But I struggled a lot with translations even with the tools available in the market at that time. None of them suited my needs well.
And so I decided to create a new tool to solve my own pain again. And [localazy.com](http://localazy.com) was born.
I could continue with my other businesses from the past. All of them was somehow related to what I was struggling with. You don’t need a new idea, it can be an improvement of what already exists for a specific niche.
So your problem is that you are looking for problems, maybe you can make a business out of that. (you wont even be the first)
If you are looking for problems its difficult to find them and solutions you will find usually don’t have a market or won’t fit the industry.
But peek around in any type of work and you will find endless of problems, once you find solutions you also know about you future clients. Go out there and work.
There’s a saying in the streets, if you can’t be a star, be a star eater.
Examples: Mia Khakifa and Salt Bae.
If you look up Salt Bae’s videos, it’s 1% cooking and 99% circus. This guy is a clown, but a goddamn effective clown. Almost every chef out there can cook a good steak. But salt bae is able to sell $3000 tomahawk steaks because of his presentation and clout, and all of the master chefs are mad lol.
Mia Khakifa is a perfect example of a star eater. One of the porn producers has talked about this. Mia will drop a video, when a producer drops a video. You’re essentially trying to divert and steal the attention and traffic away from your competitor to you.
I’d say, look at one of these “solutions” to a problem. And ask yourself, what can you do that is different from other people?
If you have any skills, work for free a little bit until you uncover business problems from your potential clients
To find unique business problems, immerse yourself in communities related to your interests, observe daily inconveniences, and look for inefficiencies in current solutions. Additionally, consider niches where you can offer a unique perspective or improved service, even in seemingly saturated markets.
You can enter even in saturated markets… look at the candle makers… there are a lot of them and more entering, you just need to differentiate yourself from the others on the market… it may simply be having specific scents, a specific look, etc. Look at the artists… there are continually new artists entering the field, but they differentiate themselves based on art style, location, etc… Not all businesses need to solve a problem in the way you might be thinking of it…. it may also be small ones for different niches
Like others have said, it’s not always about finding a new solution, or even a better one. It may come down to your skills in marketing in sales. How do you attract your potential customer base (marketing) and how well do you convey your ability in solving their problem (sales)?
