## Activities Best Enjoyed Alone
### 1. Reading
There’s nothing quite like curling up with a good book and losing yourself in a different world. Reading is a solitary activity that allows you to fully immerse yourself in a story without any distractions.
### 2. Taking a Walk
Whether it’s a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood or a hike in the wilderness, taking a walk alone can be incredibly therapeutic. It gives you the chance to clear your mind and connect with nature.
### 3. Meditation
Meditation is a practice that is often best done in solitude. It offers a chance to quiet the mind, focus on breathing, and cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace.
### 4. Journaling
Writing in a journal is a great way to express your thoughts and feelings in a private and personal space. It can be a cathartic and mindful practice that allows for self-expression and reflection.
### 5. Solo Travel
Traveling alone can be a liberating experience that allows you to explore new places at your own pace and on your own terms. It encourages independence and fosters self-discovery.
### 6. Creative Projects
Whether it’s painting, crafting, or playing a musical instrument, engaging in creative activities solo can be a fulfilling way to express yourself and tap into your inner creativity.
### 7. Enjoying a Hobby
Whether it’s gardening, cooking, or photography, pursuing a hobby on your own allows you to focus on something you love without any outside distractions.
## Finding Balance
While there are numerous benefits to enjoying activities alone, it’s also important to strike a healthy balance between solitude and social interaction. Finding the right mix of alone time and social engagement is crucial for overall well-being and personal growth.
In conclusion, while some may view alone time as isolating or lonely, it can actually be quite enriching and fulfilling. Whether it’s reading a book, taking a walk, or pursuing a creative hobby, there are countless activities that are best enjoyed solo. So, the next time you find yourself craving some alone time, don’t hesitate to indulge in the activities that bring you joy and rejuvenation. After all, alone time can be a valuable opportunity for self-discovery, growth, and inner peace.
Go to the bathroom! I get that itβs a safety / social thing when out with friends but Itβs so awkward for me
Sex/masturbate
I don’t cum easily making the other one tired.. so it’s better alone.
Taking a dump.
Sleep
Not a fan of sharing a bed, I’m small and people tend to squish me or grab me thinking I’m a pillow.
masturbation π¦
Watch porn and masturbate π
Study. I get study groups are a thing but I like to be alone and in my own headspace without worrying about what others might be thinking of me when I’m focusing.
Cook. Canβt stand the sight of anyone standing besides me in the name of help and only making it worse
Honestly most things I enjoy. Travelling, going to concerts, eating at restaurants, cooking, sleeping, etc. The only hobby I actually prefer doing with others is probably online video games (can’t handle co-op though).
Studying. I never got the group study thing. If I try to study with other people, or outside (for example at a cafe) I get literally nothing done.
Listen to music. I have a very wide range of musical tastes that a lot would find odd. I prefer to put my headphones on and listen alone because I donβt want to be judged for my tastes.
I prefer smoking alone π
I prefer to shower alone. Donβt get me wrong, the occasional sexy shower with my man is wonderful. But I like to keep it occasional.
Anything really.
Shopping
Work.
Sing, I know i have a pretty decent voice but i just donβt want other people to know
Everything
Living, basically
Shop: both for clothing and groceries. I can focus better and not be influenced by others
Sleep
Clean my home. I hate when people get in my way! I want to clean without anyone around.
Anything/everything. Iβm that typical busy mom and wife who never gets time to herself. Also I was an only child, doing things alone is my default. So I snatch whatever alone time I can get.
Read.
EAT. I hate eating in front of people lol
Shopping at a mall. My mom is the only one I like doing it with. I feel weirdly pressured when shopping with friends or my significant other, rather do it alone in that case.
Travel. It’s not a real “vacation” if I need to take into consideration the needs and wants of other people, even my nearest and dearest. That’s just like normal life, which I love. But when I travel, I like to have a loose agenda and have the freedom to roam and go where the day takes me. And I could also sit still people-watch for hours.
Workout
Self-talk. Reflect. Dance. Watch my favourite shows. Sing. Masturbate. Meditate. Run. Study. Read. Sleep. Live.
I love a dining partner but I really love dining alone, usually a leisurely lunch at a nice spot.
I love a good matinee alone.
I like to cook alone. Boyfriend sits at the island and does his thing but I donβt want humans or pets in the kitchen. Heβs my dog bodyguard.
I like to watch TV alone and eat fast food. I do both rarely but if heβs out of town, thatβs whatβs happening.
Exercise, especially cardio.
I want music only, not conversation.
Sleep. Having my bed space only for me is the only way I can sleep comfortable
Clean, I can clean my entire house in an hour and a half if Iβm not pissed that Iβm the only person cleaning because my partner is on his video games.
Should I ask for help? Yes. Will it cause a massive fight where he tells me I do nothing around the house? Yes, he will say that to me as Iβm the only one who does literally anything.
So yeah I can clean in peace if Iβm alone.
Get a Coffee.
Sometimes I visit a club al alone, to dance it all out.
I love shopping alone, I find it therapeutic!
Cleaning or cookingβ¦donβt distract me or get in my way lol
Sing and dance. I don’t want other people seeing me because I’ll be judged or feel judged. I grew up with a mother who criticized every move so I express that joy in private.
Running! I like to get in the zone and tune everything out so I can concentrate on my pace.
All things bathroom related. We joke here about one of the secrets to our long and (mostly) happy marriage is separate bathrooms.
Clean, exercise, swim, cook
Whack the noodle
Live, cook, travel, watch movies, shop, sleep, i very much enjoy my alone time and donβt like compromising
Live. #NoRoommatesLife
