You must have tested a lot of products. Do you remember how many ?
Did you just take existing videos or had to make 3-5 new videos every time (which is super costly in addition to fb ads) ?
Did you kill any ad that didn’t bring in ATC or sales after 3 days ?
Knowing the EU market, countries like NL and Germany seem super tough. They are very exigent and know about + despise DS. So branding of the store must be important.
I also started out in drop shipping, but I never thought of it as drop shipping and absolutely hate the scammy youtube channels, groups, discords, around it on the internet.
Instead just think of it as a fulfillment method and build an actual company around it. In my case I was looking at a certain type of shoe which was very good for the lower back and I wondered how come there is not a known brand around it. So that’s what I built. The initial few months I drop shipped and then moved into bulk imports and warehousing.
I think the bad way of doing it is to test a bunch of products and then sell something cheap and just trying to surf a wave. Maybe if you are a teenager looking to make a quick buck it works, but if you actually want to build a long term business you have to stop doing that.
