Things Iām sick of hearing from my employees…..
š£ “I didn’t know about that deadline!”
š£ “I don’t have time to handle that task.”
š£ “That’s not my job, it should be someone else’s responsibility.”
Sound familiar? It’s frustrating when our team members make excuses or shift blame instead of taking ownership and being proactive. But before you throw your hands up in despair, here’s a possible solution:
š Provide clear communication: Make sure all deadlines, tasks, and responsibilities are clearly outlined and communicated to everyone.
š Encourage teamwork and collaboration: Emphasize the importance of helping each other out and working together towards common goals.
š Foster a culture of accountability: Hold everyone accountable for their actions and encourage them to take ownership of their work.
By addressing these issues head-on and promoting a culture of responsibility, you can create a more positive and productive work environment for everyone. Let’s turn those complaints into solutions! šš¼
Well that took an M Night Shyamalan twist at the end there, dinnit?
While Iām glad he apparently is a rational boss, needing to write this and post it is kinda cringe
I believe in Joe Hendry!
Lol, what a tool

Never trust someone with a poop emoji haircut
Without knowing the context, my boss is exactly like this as well. Though, in his case he doesnāt want to hear it because he doesnāt care as long as the job gets done. If i have a few techs to train that day and it only takes 2 hours, then he doesnāt care if I leave after. If the training course Iām designing is finished hours early, then Iām home hours early.
Im not saying this guy is the same way, but how that sign reads is how my boss is and given my context its awesome
(Edit, didnt even notice the link but in any case i feel like some people can take this both ways)
This is how things should be, TRUST with lead way to get what we need done. A understanding company can retain talent by actually treating people with decency and understanding. Blows my mind, some businesses do not understand this practice.
Could that guy be more millennial…

What a punchable face! Topped off with a shit eating grin. Fuck this guy.
>I hired you for a job and I fully TRUST you to get it done.
>I donāt need you to account for every single hour.
>Times have changed, and the workplace is different these days.
>People are sick of being treated like children.
>All that should matter is that everyone is happy, and that the work gets done.
>ā My advice to companies:
>Treat your staff like adults.
>Thatās it, thatās the big secret.
>- Give them autonomy
>- Respect that they have lives outside of work
>- Donāt gaslight them into being grateful for not being fired every day
>Output should always trump hours.
Dude’s got the right idea imo
What perfectly punchable teeth.
The fact that this guy is announcing it on social media immediately makes him suspect. He and his pompadour already smell of fake altruism/virtue signaling. Just donāt be a fucking asshole and keep yourself to yourself. Do the work, be good to people and do it quietly.
This is why BOSSES need to do the work.
Those pesky āemployeesā (workers is the proper term) steal stuff! They call in sick! They have families who need attention! They simply arenāt dependable, and refuse to work 60-hour weeks!
FIRE ALL āEMPLOYEESā, right, bosses? Roll up your dress shirt-sleeves and get to work!
Itās a trendy post right now. Saying it doesnāt really matter unless itās actually true. Posting it feels more like a marketing ploy than a genuine initiative, but obviously hope itās legit.
This is a list of all the shit he does without having to answer to anyone. Prick.
I bet he got that mouth full of fake teeth and hideous hair cut during work hours. If he trusted you would get the work done then he wouldn’t have written this garbage. The only take away from this is he doesn’t care about you. That smile is reveals what an evil prick enjoys. Stepping on people’s necks.
What heās trying to say is āyou donāt need to ask my permission or even inform me, live your life and do your best because the sole purpose of businesses is to give people better lives and build a better societyā, right?
Right?
Tbh this is how I manage my staff (MY boss doesn’t know this of course).
We are slow right now so I’ve told my staff (all WFH) they can go for a walk or do whatever when we don’t have a lot of work to do. As long as I see tickets are taken care of by end of the day, I don’t care how they spend their 8 hours.

This is how I lead my employees when I was in management. You need to leave early? Go. Take care of your business. Kid sick and you need to go home? Let me know if you need anything, Iāve got kids too, I understand. The company I worked for did not have that same kind of understanding, so I didnāt stay a manager for too long, but my former employees still talk to me regularly. Sometimes we get together and have lunch or dinner, just to catch up and talk. Those that are still working there wish I would come back and be their manager once again, but thatās just something that I donāt wish to do again.
Bet he took all the time off he wanted to get those ugly ass veneers shoved on.
My money says he gets his ass kicked in the parking lot at some point in his career.
All it should be is, “are you going to meet your KPI’s?”
If the answer is yes then everything else should be fine – as long as you don’t make the workplace toxic for others
Meanwhile……The other day I asked my boss if I could leave an hour early from my 8-5. My boss just told me that the answer will always be yes and that he appreciates me asking. I think I’ve struck gold.
Back when I managed a factory that was my attitude and one of the reasons I no longer work there. I donāt care why your not coming in or why your leaving early just let me know you are so 1 Iām not looking for you thinking something bad happened and 2 so I can move people around to cover that job. Thatās all I needed or cared about but upper management was constantly trying to force me to basically bully people when they called in to get them to come in or not leave.
Never trust a man with that haircut.
My child will always come first. This is the fifth propaganda Iāve seen this week to leave your sick child home alone or keep them miserable at school infecting others.
These cretins make everything about our society worse.
I feel like this is rage bait and half the comments didnāt fully read or understand the post which actually has a very positive context
And then this guy in the near future ānobody wanna work anymore!ā
Thatās how you should treat people
This dipshit made one of his employees write that white board, guaranteed
My list of people who care:
The people who say this stuff about their employees are disgusting scum. Shameful
Had me in the first half, not gonna lie
Reading that it just sounds like he doesn’t care if if people are late just as long as the work is done. Am I reading that wrong?
