Okay, let’s get real here. If you were to start an illegal business, what do you think would make you millions, if not billions? 🤔
Some people might think about things like drugs or weapons, but there are actually other illegal businesses out there that could potentially bring in huge profits.
Here are a few ideas to get the discussion going:
– Organized crime syndicate specializing in white-collar crimes 🔍💼
– Counterfeit luxury goods empire 🕶👜
– Cybercrime operation focused on hacking and identity theft 💻🔒
But let’s face it, engaging in illegal activities is never the way to go. Instead of looking for ways to make a quick buck through illegal means, consider starting a legal business that aligns with your interests and values. By doing so, not only will you be building a sustainable and ethical business, but you will also be contributing positively to society. Let’s focus on creating legitimate opportunities for success! 👍🌟

Any if you do it well, just like legal businesses. You can make millions, billions, and 0 in any of the following ways – developing software, window cleaning, selling crack.
Plenty of tech billionaires, plenty of drug lords, while also plenty of IT nerds who don’t know how to sell shit, and plenty of crackheads who can’t make a profit because they smoke it all.
As if “illegal” somehow means “guaranteed to make millions and billions”.
Guess what, any of the following can make you a million, a billion, while also 0 (negative is a possibility too).
You can develop amazing software, sell thousands of subscriptions, then exit for millions, retire, and enjoy. Just how you can spend years building an app, waste thousands of investor money (if you even get to that point), and scrap it as you can’t get enough users to make it viable.
You can also become a drug lord, move heavy drugs across continents, make millions and billions, and live in a hideout with your pet tiger. Just how you can get addicted to the stuff you’re selling and end up on the streets, jail, or dead.
The point isn’t whether you should do a legal or illegal business, although, the former seems to have a far better upside with far lesser risks. The point is – anything works when you do it well – when enough people need it, want it, what enough people can pay for, what can be produced and distributed at scale, and what can be automated and systemized.
Andrew Tate seemed to have a pretty good idea of how to make a lot of money skirting laws and exploiting people. Porn is competitive no doubt but the market is huge. He manipulated young women into being cam girls for him, made some money and after that leveraged himself into a position as a sort of lifestyle/business guru targeting naive young men.
There was a movie called “War Dogs” based on a couple of guys discovering they could bid on US military supply contracts with basically no credentials. Now there’s a “War Dogs University” or something on Instagram but I’m sure it got super competitive after word got out. Selling pickaxes and shovels to miners was generally a more sensible business than digging for gold yourself.
These are dodgy businesses but may not illegal strictly speaking. If you want to do crime I think getting into cocaine or heroin is probably where it’s at since you don’t have to mess around with trafficking people for sex, which sounds complex to manage. The downside to the drug business is the violence.

A Chinese kid was drinking everybody under the table at a party. When asked how, he told people it is part of his job developing software.
Seems his company employes him to welcome foreign sales guys to pitch as if the company was actually going to buy software licenses. He drinks them under the table, copies the software and the company sells it throughout Asia. He justifies providing guests a first-rate experience as the Chinese version of a win-win. Everybody happy. This is software ‘development’ under reality — going on right now — this isn’t your fever dream.
The people here aren’t wise guys and you people are not wily, not clever, not shrewd. The capitalism fairy doesn’t grant you a fair share of business just because you show up in a browser.
Waking up in a hotel bathtub full of ice with a note taped to your face post-op is a hell of a way to find that out, cupcakes. Not even being capable of using a search engine to figure out that reference if you don’t know it is a clue.
I would sell the elixer of life harvested from the souls of innocent children.
Or something.
I think a drugs marketplace just like Silk Road or empire market but on the clear net. Could do amazing and I’m kinda amazed nobody’s been able to do it on some underground hidden server that the authorities can’t shut down. Of course payments would still need to be done through Monero so will always be open to exit scams but could be huge! Even on the dark net they grew to pretty sizeable enterprises.
I would probably become a Market Maker for the stock market. I’d use my education and “presumed pedigree” to con the world into believing me a professional and savant of macroeconomics instead of ousting me for the unsophisticated fraudster I am.
I’d try to also open up a hedgefund simultaneously. As a market maker, I would have the ability to offer liquidity to impossible trades because I said so. For instance, if 100 units of stock exist for company A and someone tried to make 1000 unit purchase of company A stock, I would allow it under the guise of providing “meaningful liquidity”. Because who would stop me? The brokers are paying me and I’d probably be too big to stop by regulators by the point of my success reaching dumb highs.
The hedgefund I’d operate would give me dumb gains since I am a market maker after all so I could set up moves in the market and route orders in/out of it as I see fit. Due to PFOF – payment for order flow existing, I’d buy the rights to retail market orders from brokers, legally granting me power as a wholesaler to do that.
Anyways, I’d position the trades and my hedgefund to make money off of key trades (but also let them fumble some to keep the trail of heat off of me).
I’d also hire consulting companies to be my shadow and regularly give shitty advice to companies I’m short to make them hemorrhage from within and go bankrupt. Like the vulture I am, I would circle the carcus as it’s being gnawed away at by my creed or the likes of big players like Amazon for pennies.
Like Shug Knight did Eazy-E, the type of character I’m trying to conjure up is the very same capable of say… deleting Toys R Us and Blockbuster from existence.
Oh wait.
You said illegal business?

The thing is even illegal businesses require system and processes to scale up, which is arguably even harder than running a legit biz
If you’re looking for an illegal business to make you millions, I’ve got just the idea for you: black market unicorn horn dealing.
First, you’ll need to set up a covert unicorn poaching operation. Now, before you get on my case about animal rights, just know that these are very ethical unicorn poachers – they only take the horns from unicorns who’ve signed consent forms (yes, they’re magical, literate, and very understanding).
Once you have the horns, you’ll need to smuggle them across borders. Forget using shady characters; hire retired magicians from Las Vegas. They’re experts in making things disappear and reappear in the blink of an eye. Plus, they come with sparkly capes – always a bonus in the smuggling business.
Now, selling these horns is where you’ll make the big bucks. Market them as the ultimate status symbol for the ultra-elite. Sure, gold and diamonds are cool, but a unicorn horn? That’s legendary. You could even start a whisper campaign hinting that they have magical properties like curing hangovers or making your ex fall in love with you again (because who wouldn’t pay for that?).
Of course, you’ll need to avoid getting caught by the authorities, but just bribe them with a few of your “special” unicorn horns. Who can resist the allure of magic?
Remember, though, that running this kind of operation requires a high level of discretion and a bit of fairy dust. So, if you’re ready to dive into the world of mythical creature smuggling, this could be your ticket to billionaire status. Just don’t forget to invite me to your island made of gold when you make it big!

Why would you run an illegal business when you can run a legit business and also make millions?

If you want a real honest answer, something truly pragmatic: murder. Truthfully, most people know somebody who they don’t like, hate, feels like the person is evil or inhibits their life in some way. A parent or step parent that abused you or causes you stress, a boss or employee who makes you miserable, someone suing you, creepy or unethical landlord, someone you see as overtly greedy, someone who never paid you or never paid you back, someone who turned down you advances or cheated on you, someone who stole from you, someone who embarrassed you, a kid bullying your kid. The reasons could by sympathetic or could be psychotic. A business should provide value to customers, and be something you can do for them that they either can’t or won’t do for themselves. Assassination/hitman/murder would fit this. If you found a way to sell it and do it and the work didn’t bother you and you were never caught or stopped, billions would not be out of the questions. Governments would pay huge amounts to get ride of the right targets, and politics would pay huge to get ride of obstacles.
It’s like this, anyone who has ever seen Death Note has thought, “what would I do with one,” and that is essentially this, killing and getting away with it. Most people, disturbingly, I truly believe do not kill because of simply the consequences. I don’t think most people would be serial killers otherwise, but I think everyone has had a thought there is someone on this planet that shouldn’t be, and that’s a need.
