I took a summer temp job a few years back in between semesters, working at a Toyota factory. One of the guys on the build line I talked to a lot told me he was making 88k a year at that point and had been working there for 11 years. This was back in 2017 where 88k meant a lot more but I’m positive he’s crossed well into the 100k territory nowadays. Last year I heard about that same Toyota factory starting their new assembly line workers at $25 an hour.

I wouldn’t think about jobs that “no one wants to do”.. I think what you’re trying to say is jobs that other people aren’t TRYING to do.. which could be because it just never occurred to them, rather than because the job is grueling. There are a bunch of good options to get your mind moving in the right direction [www.skip.college](https://www.skip.college)
You can make $150K as a cop. I don’t know that I could handle the public image… it’s popular to hate them…. until you need them. I suppose there’s a degree required, of sorts.
You can run for Congress. No qualifications. And, really, you don’t have to do anything but suck up to donors for enough money to get reelected. They make $175,000. Can vote themselves a raise. Speaker of the house gets another $50K.
