What productivity tools do you use to stay on top of your game and be super efficient?
Hello there,
I hope you’re having a fantastic day. Are there any specific apps, tracking systems, or methods you use to boost your productivity? I’m open to any suggestions or recommendations you may have.
Thank you!

Hands down, it has to be Todoist.
But best to read Getting Things Done too.
The two go hand in hand.
I like Flow Club for accountability
For me it’s starting to work straight away, focusing on doing the hardest task possible. It’s called “eat the frog”. This combined with fasting is OP.
Wake up, work out for about 25 min (just to get the sweat running), plan my ideal day (things will go off schedule but), within an hour of waking then spend 90 minutes uninterrupted working on my most important task of the day. Do not even touch phone/e-mail until this point.
Discord. Not only as a communication tool, but also for really crude task & milestone management with its threads feature. Its search is also powerful
Notion. I manage multiple clients request and project, collaborators, pending requests and sales crm all on one place.
Notion and notion calendar
Llama life
Anixety.
Slack and gdrive (free) . Looking into notion
Bullet journal (pen and paper)
No single tool, but Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Notion are the main tools I use. I also use Google Keep for quick notes when needed but will transfer into Notion later. This is for a bunch of content creation.
The Reminders app on my phone and iPad. My life changed since I started using them!
I use trello
I use [coda.io](https://coda.partnerlinks.io/g2oyy3uexeju), I like how aesthetic their system is and they have very powerful automations
Todoist (not the biggest fan but since Clover is [*] that’s my 2nd choice) + find on YouTube any “25/5 pomodoro timer’ video — 25 minutes of work on one task + 5 minutes break.
Noteplan and StretchMinder
Workflowy. Simple but it works.
The most annoying one is Motion.
Delegation.
I wake up at 4 am every day, even on weekends, and use the first 1 and a half hours of my day to focus on tasks that require extra concentration. This is my secret tool for maximizing productivity.
I use Google Tasks to keep track of my to-do items.
Go to sleep eqrly. Sleep as much as your body needs (I never use alarm), wake up early. Train every day. Then work more optimistic, happy and energized
