I would need to actually talk to them. My questions are very specific and personalized and depending on how the direction of the conversation goes, I’d pick their brain or ask for feedback.
Honestly id ask him if he had to start where your at where ever that is what would he do ..
do a lot of research on his business and point out a few things that can be improved in a question form.
This greatly depends on more of who than what.

I didn’t read the last post of this topic, however …I am reasonably confident responses were serious.
You can’t go by me, I cheat. I’d talk about a priority problem the founder had discussed in a meeting within two weeks prior. Once the surprise wore off, I’d ask how much he wanted to hear about a solution.
The figure used *is inconsequential*. When you talk to any high achiever, you’re either hitting the ground running or you will be perceived to be dead weight. Consider your words accordingly.
