Phone screens in the morning. Sourcing in the afternoon.
Iām a morning person so do lots of my sourcing in the morning, like 7 to 9. I schedule messages for those people for later morning local time (Iām east coast). Iāll leave late mornings open for meetings. I block time for all my screens for the afternoon. Save the last couple hours of my day for admin stuff, like updating the ATS, sending updates to HMs/candidates, etc..
Grind it out and be persistant. Focus on fee worthy candidates; candidates you know clients will pay a fee for.
Totally depends on the day. I have a standing meeting every day in the early-ish AM so most mornings Iām cleaning my inboxes and figuring if I have anything lingering/outstanding. If I gotta source, I block off my afternoon. I book my calls basically around candidates schedules so sometimes Iām on the phone all day and other days I just have 1-2 whenever.
Sourcing and admin in the morning and calls in the afternoon. Reason being that if I reach out in the morning i have the entire day to get a response. If I do, that allows me to hit my personal KPI’s of the number of people I talk to that day or for the rest of the week. I do my sendouts at the end of the day.
