I work for an FQHC so we don't have a big budget. Currently we only use Zip Recuiter, but we don't get much traction from providers. I presented the option of LinkedIn Recruiter but it's too expensive.
We want to stop using agencies to get candidates so I'm open to any suggestions or recommendations.

Are you using HRSA workforce connector and 3rnet? As an FQHC you should have access. Those two were my main go tos when I worked for one.
Don’t discount LinkedIn, as of late more providers are using it than before. And also, see if your group would consider a clinical rotation from a local medical school who offers rural or underserved medicine. Great way to get students interested in coming back as new grads, and also to help build your current providers preceptor and mentorship skills.
