Sounds like everything was just too easy and open to abuse.
I worked selling phones and if I wished, I could easily have done the same.
I’m not sure it’s much of a mastermind idea rather than being brazen.
Now it must be even easier, should somebody wish they could busy stolen bank details instead of even needing to get them direct.
