I get you don’t have much on your resume, but is it decent in terms of spelling, grammar, and style? Also, these retail/restaurant jobs really are the ones you have to constantly bother the hiring person, because they legitimately forget about people since they have so many hats.
OP don’t apply in person. They’ll just tell you to go online. However what you should do is follow up with your application. Maybe in a week or so.
Like someone else said, retailers get hundreds of apps so you have to make yourself stand out.
I don’t a new job is going to make you less suicidal. You gotta get into something that requires more skill and presumably pays better, meanwhile, start trying to find purpose and meaning outside of what you do to pay the bills

I have a lot of experience because I’ve been working since I was 16, but I’ve been rejected by dream job —- I’m not going to let that stop me though !
