Hey everyone! 😊
So, I’ve got a bit of an update and I’m feeling a mix of excitement and impatience. My journey with this job offer has been quite the rollercoaster! 🎢
I had my first interview, and it went great! They loved me so much that they scheduled a second interview right away. The second one was just as fantastic, and they even told me that I’m their ideal candidate. Can you believe that? 🤩 Then came a third interview, which was also a chance for me to shadow the role. Yesterday’s session brought in even more glowing feedback, and the interviewer said he’s feeling confident about moving forward with an offer! 🙌
But here’s where the waiting game truly kicks in. He mentioned he can’t confirm the offer until he gets everything approved. He promised he’d let me know by the end of the week. But, wait for it… today is Friday! 😅 Talk about timing, right?
The anticipation is real! If I could give my current job my resignation letter today, it would seriously be the best way to kick off my weekend. So, what’s the deal with this job offer wait?
Here’s why it can be a real challenge:

Hoping it goes great op!
I had 2 of these 2 weeks ago. That’s 2 jobs with 3rd interviews. And they all went great. And now, silence lol.
After two months of interviews a job opportunity ghosted someone I know. It was crazy.
Keep looking. This stuff makes me nervous too. Nothing’s a sure thing until the ink dries and everything comes together in a solid written offer that reflects the role, comp and benefits in description, mentions onboarding, etc and first day to report.
Back in the good economy days this would be a sure sign but now who knows.I hope ypu do get the call!
This is me right now. I’m nervous about a second round
