## The Dilemma of a One-Way Time Travel Journey
The idea of time-travel has always been a captivating concept in science fiction and fantasy. – **Uncertainty**: The unknown risks and consequences of altering the course of history can be a significant concern.
## Making the Decision: Where and When to Time-Travel
Assuming you have weighed the pros and cons of a one-way time-travel journey, the next step is to decide on the destination. The possibilities are endless, ranging from revisiting a significant historical event to venturing into the distant future. Here are some popular options to consider:

2. **Colonization of Mars**: Witness humanity’s efforts to establish a presence on the red planet.
3. **Post-Apocalyptic World**: See how society has evolved after a catastrophic event.
## The Personal Touch: Your Unique Time-Travel Journey
Ultimately, the decision to embark on a one-way time-travel journey and the destination you choose is a deeply personal one. It is a reflection of your interests, curiosities, and passions. Here are some questions to consider when making this momentous decision:
– What time period or event in history fascinates you the most?
– How would you navigate the challenges of adapting to a new time period?
– What do you hope to learn or experience from your time-travel journey?
– How would you cope with the emotional implications of leaving behind your present life?
In conclusion, the concept of a one-way time-travel journey presents a unique and thought-provoking dilemma. To the late 60’s so I could carry my life on through the 70’s and witness some of my favourite now dead artists
Yes this happened to me…. 50.000 years ago.. but I want to go back
To 7290, because I want to leave this society and hopefully go to a better one
I would go back in time to when I was in high school and invest in Bitcoin and wait for the years to pass by knowing I’ll be rich.
That’s how we all already travel though time.
born too late of to live comfortably without inflation, born too early for inter-galactic space travel. so Its gotta be like 10000.
Folks talking about decades. I’d go back 2 days ago with the winning powerball numbers.
If I could time-travel with no way back, I’d choose to visit the future. The allure of witnessing technological advancements, societal changes, and perhaps even meeting future civilizations would outweigh the uncertainty of what lies ahead. The excitement of the unknown future would be my ultimate destination.
Take me to 1980. I’m going toy shopping.
Probably 10 years earlier and try to enjoy everything a bit more and not focus so much of work.
Pshhh, heck yea.
I’d do some crazy things and then travel back in time, so I never did them. Then, I’d use the information I got while doing said crazy things to be much more well off.
I’d go back to when I told my son about bitcoin, and buy a ton. I’m pretty sure it was 1.00 or less at the time.
Well I’m black so I’m definitely not going backwards
Always wanted to go by T-Rex
To anytime in the early 2000s to give hauntingly accurate predictions and warnings
November 5th 1955
I wanna live in a Star Trek kind of timeline. Not because I’m a Star Trek nerd, just the aesthetics of that timeline. Plus able to travel anywhere.
Just a few months or so, i had an envelope with €500 disappear, hopefully that was future me coming back and using that money to put on the Euromillions that hadn’t been won and cash in 100m.
I have a 7yr old daughter.
One day I will look back and wish to have a moment to relive again. So I will save this ability to use before my last breath, and travel back.
Today, is not that day.
Too busy making memories.
1968… time to prep for woodstck and make some strategic investments.
to the late 1990s so i can beg my mother to switch jobs; invest in several stocks and bitcoin; and to spend as much time as possible with her brother.
Go backward the exact number of years needed so that when I’m in my death bed I hand over the knowledge to myself on how to do the one way trip and lock myself in a loop.
Don’t forget your safe zone of travel…
To far back and the bacteria as part of your biology could ravge an unprepared eco system.
To far forward and your immune system could not fight the ecosystem you end up in, if the bacteria evolved past your immune systems abilities. We’re all time locked to a period of time.
I’m going forward, set a random time between 1,000 and 1,000,000 years so I can’t be unhappy about picking a certain date and hope I don’t bring back the common cold.
Yea I’d go back to 90s being 20
I’d time travel back to this morning and drink my coffee before it got cold
1966. So I could live through the muscle car golden era and also so I could be able to afford a house
Go back to the 70s, just live the American dream, buy a house, enjoy the art, music and movies that come out. Investing Apple and all the companies that are go big from the start. Etc.
1000 years in the future.
Fuck it, lets see how things turn out.
I’ll travel forward till 1year left to live. Will live at fullest and leave fastest.
Too many butterflies.
I suppose, if all the conditions were right, I might go. Past or future, though? And how far?
I might consider living through the 60’s as a teen, or just heading a few hundred years into the future to see what lies in store for mankind.
I would probably just go back like a year then I don’t lose much of my life but I can make an insane amount of money.
If you place a $1000 bet and hit a 10x parlay 3 times that’s 1 mil. Between going to Vegas and sports books, there’s atleast 10 places you could place a million dollar bet that would pay out what you do is slowly build up to the 10 mil, spreading in some bets you know will lose so they think you just got lucky once or twice. The key is to spend most of the season building up cash reserves across a variety of different books so none of them ban you.
Then pick say the Super Bowl and place a huge parlay, like 100x on every book so that you are going to win whatever their max is. Hell if you show up to a casino and say I want to place a million dollar bet on the Super Bowl I bet they will send someone over to personally walk you through it all.
It’ll only really work with the legal books because all the illegal ones would just not pay out but you can use illegal ones to build up some good cash before they ban you. You also don’t need your ID so you realistically could get on infinitely if you know how to find bookies. All the legal ones will almost garunteed either ban you or give you like a $5 max if you win that big and they talk to each other so you have to do it all at once
I’d go back before the GameStop boom
I wouldn’t travel to another time because wouldn’t want to lose my partner.
Fuck no. That’s it. End of.
Without a doubt. I would do some research and planning on where to go and what I could do to make me rich
I wouldn’t go anywhere, the past is fucked up and the future might be way fucking worse, I’m cool in this shit hole right here lol
Am I time traveling back I to my own younger body kinda like hot tub time machine? If so then yes. I would go back to being 18ish or so woth the knowledge I have now and make a much easier life. If it’s like back to the future than no.
To the slavery days so the slave masters can get the it was written intro.
Go to the moon. Greet Neil Armstrong. Beg a ride home.
Going back 40 – 60 years with some lottery numbers and a thoroughly researched investment plan would allow me to become wealthy enough to use the money for good while living comfortably.
Due to the butterfly effect from the changes I’ll make by helping people and bribing politicians to do the right thing, I expect my knowledge for investments will have limited value as time passes.
