I recommend you just start looking for entry-level jobs in data science, data analysis, etc., there’s stuff out there.

You can hop. You simply just burn the bridge at the first company. No one really cares unless you don't stay your new job for very long. If you end up staying there for a 2 years+, doesn't matter. You also don't even put the first job on the resume, as 3 months is not worth mentioning.

See lessWhat should I do if someone exposed themselves at work? Time off paid?File police report? Get employment attorney?
File a police report. It’s a criminal offense. Someone who’s comfortable exposing their genitals to you in the workplace isn’t trying this out for the first time. Worked in a prison for a long time & I don’t take that kind of behavior lightly.

That’s a considerable gap in your resume, while not ethical I would consider stretching the truth. Find a way to build a resume around being self employed. Pick a niche you’re familiar with and relate your marketing and sales skills to it.
Ex.
Job title: Online Sales Specialist
Self Employed 2020-Present
Work experience:
• Identified early trends to generate new product leads
• Maintained balance sheets
• Resolved customer complaints
• Generated sales leads through advertisement
• Purchased and maintained inventory
• Etc.
You can really build yourself a decent resume if you look at your skills objectively. Selling weed can be broken down into a lot of different moving parts. Just keep in mind what you’re putting on your resume. In interviews you may be asked about your work. Have answers ready.
I’d recommend the security field if you can pass a 10 panel drug test. Administrative positions like special project/care coordinators are entry level and constantly need to be filled (50-60k starting). Alternatively armed/unarmed guard positions are also a great option if you have the ability to pay for some courses/certifications. (Pay varies greatly) While security doesn’t play into your sales/marketing background it is a nice bullet to help rebuild your resume.
