So you have to find what kind of bullshit you can tolerate. For me, that’s higher workloads because I’m great at automation and aggressive leaders who will fight for ideas to my face (not behind my back). I can’t tolerate illegal conduct, politics, and incompetency, and finding a company that has minimal of all 3 is very difficult.
PS let those employees band up and get an employment attorney if they feel their rights were violated. Let it play out. More workers should start the legal process when there’s clear unethical behavior. I’ve engaged my own before.

It would not be worth it, IMO, to fight for a raise over the next six months if it’s going up to $58,656 anyway. Wait until after that happens.

Even if all of the above doesn’t get you what you want at least you got experience in something new so that when you go looking for a new job you have something to talk about. Salaries usually spike closer to 5 YOE (assuming you keep learning not just doing the same tasks for 5 yrs straight). You can prob find something with a higher rate now but likely won’t be by much and you risk working for a company or manager that sucks.
