There is no point in calling the police. Since you are unmarried and not on the birth certificate, at the moment, she has sole legal custody of the child. Until you properly establish paternity, you have no legal rights, unfortunately.

Your state may allow for a civil restraining order, which would cease the harassment. It’s worth bringing up with her attorney, and asking for second or third opinions from other attorneys, i just n case her current one is milking her for money.

This is more of a “him” problem than a “you” problem, but really the advice is the same for anyone: start talking to divorce attorneys, until you find one you feel comfortable with (may be the first one) and take it from there.
> He is telling me
You *really* shouldn’t be listening to the claims of the person divorcing you. Just listen to your attorney.
(But if you listen for a second, his claim is b.s.)

See lessDo estranged family members have legal rights to property after death?
You need to look up the deed to see how it's held. If it was held with the right of survivorship or as a tenancy by the entirety, then you'd be correct that the widow now owns the home in full. If it was held as a tenancy in common then the husband's heirs would have a claim to his portion.
