Sorry to say but I would remove “Asian” from business students association. People are prejudicial. Generally speaking unless someone could benefit from a specific DEI program race related info is better to leave off.
The first two clubs are very similar, one with more bullet points might be helpful. Add to the campus events one, that’s great and have 3 strong bullet points. Did you ever do a business team case competition? Could be helpful to add instead of the ethics. The clubs area as as a whole could use a rework especially wording is unprofessional (“like networking”) , 2-3 bullets for each title, use chat gpt or an example resume for wording.
Remove interests, not necessary and a spot totally used to judge for no reason. Use the extra space to add to the clubs area.
What roles are you applying to? It’s a tough economy, you should consider applying to all financial services roles. Corporate and commercial banking, FP&A, wealth management, credit analyst, audit, financial analyst, etc. All banks not just large ones, accounting firms, consulting, brokers… The more options the better. Use LinkedIn, and schools handshake. Should be applying to a dozen weekly at least, keep track on a spreadsheet. And consider applying to locations broader than just your town or city.

Your resume bullets show little qualitative or quantitative impact.
This bullet:
* Fulfilled key accounting responsibilities such as balance sheet preparation , reconciliations, invoice approvals, SOX compliance audits (out-of-scope), and management of depreciation schedules.
Re-written:
* **Delivered precise accounting functions**, including balance sheet preparation, reconciliations, and invoice approvals, achieving a 99.8% accuracy rate and reducing reporting discrepancies by 20%. Managed $50M in asset depreciation schedules, optimizing tax liabilities by 10%, and ensured strict SOX compliance, strengthening financial controls.
What you could be asked in an interview about this bullet:
* **Can you explain how you managed the $50M in asset depreciation schedules and the impact this had on the company’s financials?**
See less* *Managing the $50M in asset depreciation schedules required a deep understanding of the assets’ life cycles and the applicable depreciation methods. I used a combination of straight-line and declining balance methods, depending on the asset type, to ensure accurate valuation. By regularly updating the schedules and closely monitoring any changes in asset usage or value, I was able to optimize our depreciation strategies. This proactive management not only provided a more accurate reflection of our assets’ value but also led to a 10% optimization in tax liabilities, which directly benefited the company’s bottom line by reducing our taxable income.*

Just a side note, most recruiters only spend around 7-10 secs looking at each resume. I subconsciously looked at the resume the same way a recruiter would, by scanning the education part, and then the first work and leadership experience. My first though was “where’s the finance relevance?”. Most likely, many others have though the same and have probably discarded your resume.
That being said, business development internship should be first, even though its not the most recent. Education, the whole academic team project is pointless, most won’t even look at it. For leadership, you’ve covered all the titles so we can’t even tell what kind of clubs they are, but do you have any finance/investment club activity there, that can go first?
Alternatively, it could also just be that you are a Knicks fan.
