I’m an academic researcher who recently found myself in a sticky situation with a startup bro who just couldn’t handle my success. After winning a prestigious tech competition, the hate mail started pouring in from this CEO of a growing startup. He was clearly envious of my achievements and wasn’t shy about expressing it.
## The Trigger: Hate Mail and Humiliation
The hate mail was filled with insults and claims that I didn’t deserve the recognition I was receiving. But the real kicker was when he took it a step further and attended one of my Zoom lectures just to leave nasty comments in the chat. It was a low blow that really got under my skin.
## The Plot: Revenge Through Innovation
Instead of letting his harassment get to me, I decided to take a more proactive approach to getting back at him. I ordered his company’s product, a water filtration apparatus, and put my academic skills to use by improving it in a significant way. Not only did I make the product better, but I also found a competitor of his who was struggling to keep up in the market.
## The Execution: Selling Out and Sitting Back
I approached the competitor with my enhanced product, offering it to them in exchange for a payment and an advisory position within their company. It was a win-win situation for both of us – they got a superior product that gave them a competitive edge, and I got my revenge on the startup bro who had been tormenting me.
## The Result: Triumph and Satisfaction
Fast forward a year, and the tables have turned completely. The competitor I teamed up with has soared to the top of the market, leaving the harassing startup bro in the dust. I haven’t yet revealed my involvement in their success, but I’m eagerly awaiting the moment when I can finally unveil the truth to him.
In the end, my story is not just about getting revenge on a bully – it’s about using innovation and creativity to turn a negative situation into a positive outcome. And as for the startup bro who couldn’t handle my success? Well, let’s just say he’s learning the hard way that karma is real.
So, next time you’re faced with adversity, remember that there’s always a way to come out on top. Whether it’s through innovation, perseverance, or just a good old-fashioned dose of karma, you have the power to turn the tables in your favor. And who knows, you might just end up driving your competition out of business in the process. 😉🚀

Ahh slow cooked vengeance, absolutely delicious.
My respects, you did your diligence and check-mate. You’re playing chess while they are lagging in checkers.
I have to ask this doesn’t violate any of their patents does it?
Playing 4 D chess when the other person is still learning the colours in checkers. Well done
Nice! But seriously how do people have the energy to actively harass strangers. I barely have the energy to get out of bed most days.
I’d say it’s quite a bit more than petty revenge.
Never seen the word “sold” not used in lieu of the phrase “giving an item in exchange for a payment”
Your New company should make an offer to buy the adversary at a liquidation price. Only announce your affiliation AFTER he agrees to sell. Keep the adversary employed at the new company in some job that you control- “Sam! My pencils need sharpening and my keyboard is dusty!”
