Maaaan… do you know what I would give to be surrounded by people like that? They understand what bringing you in at entry level means. If anything, the only reason they’d probably look down on you is if you stopped trying to grow. Take full advantage of all that knowledge and you’ll be a freakin rockstar in no time. Take notes, catch up on the team’s knowledge base, ask lots of questions, and make sure to communicate with the people on your team.

You are no imposter. Think of yourself as an apprentice, a young Padawan, a protege, a continual student. It takes a sushi apprentice something like 10 years to prepare rice properly. You’ll be up and running well before then, hopefully.
