#WorkSafety #MentalHealth #ConflictResolution
Hey everyone, I just wanted to spark a discussion about a serious topic that has been affecting my workplace recently. Has anyone else regularly dealt with death threats at work? It’s been a tough few months for us, but I wanted to share some insights on how we’ve been handling the situation and what we can do to prevent it in the future.
Here are some key points to consider:
– Seek therapy or support programs if you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed
– Talk to HR or management if you feel unsafe at work
– Remember that there are always other job opportunities available, and it’s not worth risking your life over a stressful situation at work
Let’s work together to create a safe and supportive work environment for everyone. Stay safe and take care of yourselves! 💪🏼 #WorkSafety #MentalHealthAwareness 🌟
Where the fuck do you live??
Dawg, when I read the title I sort of thought “yeah, it can be like that.” I was an assistant manager at walmart for a year before stepping down. I got a lot of threats, but empty ones. Example: guy brought in a childrens/teenagers bike that was rusted to hell and busted up. Claimed to have bought it within the month. He didn’t even have a receipt, we didn’t even sell that model, it was obvious that it was BS. Dude got in my face with threats.
Had some lady call the store saying she was illegally imprisoned, checked video, she wasn’t, threatened me and my whole family, yadda yadda.
What YOU got? Dear God. Is this the US? This is psychopath behavior from them. That’s more than a “get out of there” situation. This is a “call the cops whether or not I hate them because I fear for my life” sort of situation. What the fuck.
I think you might need to look for a new line of work
