#TeenBusiness #MakingMoneyAt15 #EntrepreneurTips
Hey everyone! 👋 So, I’m currently 15 years old and I’ve been brainstorming different ways to make some cash this year. I’ve tried a few business ideas but haven’t had much luck so far. I’m feeling a bit stuck and could really use some advice from those who have been there and done that when it comes to entrepreneurship.
Here’s what I’ve been considering:
– Using AI for translations on Rev.com
– Print on demand with Etsy
– SEO services on Fiverr
– SEO for websites needing more traffic
However, I know there’s a whole world of opportunities out there that I haven’t even thought of yet. If you have any tips or suggestions on how to make money at 15, please share! I’m open to any and all ideas that could help me get my entrepreneurial journey off the ground. Let’s brainstorm together and help each other succeed! 💡💪
Don’t use AI for translations, that is massive scam because AI will not always be correct and you can’t verify the results if you can’t speak the language.
At 15 years old, you can do flipping. You find items that you bought for low cost or free, those item must be in good condition and should be usefull.
Items such as… play station, smartphone, laptop, other electronic and other equipments, bicycle etc that You no longer use. You can sell them for profit. You can sell them on online marketplace platform available in your country or you can join local Facebook community groups that related to what you sell.
It’s a profitable business at your age if you do it correctly. A lot of teenagers has flipping as their first business, and they make hundreds or thousands of dollars. If they can do it, you can do it too. If you have more questions, just reply here.
Part-time job on weekends.
You can write for online blogs for cash.
Sounds like you’re lazy, and coming up with excuses to not do work. Do lawn mower? Door to door sales? Fiverr would work. I’ve made money from AI on fiverr. There’s lots of opportunities if you just do
Go get it
You can take a look at purchasing product from wish or aliexpress, then selling it. You would just need to take a look at the clientel available to you and figure out what products would do well.
I would recommend selling an item that doesnt require you to do installations or long term support. Something that would let you make the sale and move one.
There are a few things you need to consider about the price of the product. For example:
1. You buy a product A for $10 and there was a $2 shipping fee to get it to you, the cost of your product was $12.
2. Then you sell this product A to a customer for $100, but you paid $3 in shipping that the customer did not cover.
Essentially you would have made $75 if you look at it this way. You should also consider how many of the items you can sell within a specific time period and how much time you yourself have to dedicate to land a sale and resourced you invest money into to close out a sale (like gas and mileage if doing a dropoff). Generally, you want to get rid of inventory as quickly as possible since the quicker you convert it into cash, the quicker you can invest it again into the cycle.
Dont fall into the underpricing mentality just because others will think you are young. If you are willing to do discounts, define a price floor so you dont go lower than that. Also this would be a fun opportunity for you to network and get recommendations. Customers that like what younsell will recommend more customer to you.
And of course, while it may be obvious, be safe, dont go to sketchy meetups and watch out for people that would put you in a compromising situation. Always go with someone and do business in public spaces like the mall or in a starbucks. Even at my age, I am careful. As I always say, if its worth it to the customer, they will make the effort. If they making it hard for you to close the sale without putting yourself in a compromising situation, they are probably up to no good.
Age is irrelevant to making money, it’s about skill or giving value. Learn a skill and sell it, or give value and sell it.
You might have heard this a lot, but I believe that at 15, you should still go to school. The higher you stand, the farther you can see.

If you want to be a real entrepreneur you’ll need to develop an actual skill to a high level, rather than just relying on AI and “some site that I found on YouTube that does the seo for you”. If it’s easy and free for you to do then it’s easy and free for anyone else to do too, so you’ll never be able to get big money for it
But jumping into fiverr and trying some stuff is a good way to get some experience with the world of business while you’re young and not really taking it super seriously
If you wanna take it super seriously tho the serious path is to work out what you can be top 1% in the world at and pour your time and effort into leveling that up to a high enough level that you’re a global authority in it, and then building a product to sell that expertise
