Are you constantly juggling between different activities and struggling to stay on top of everything? If so, you’re not alone. Many individuals face the same challenge of managing their time efficiently and effectively.
The Solution: Plot Events on an Excel Sheet
One simple yet powerful hack that has helped me and many others overcome this challenge is to plot all the events that you do in a day on an Excel sheet. By recording each task and the time it takes to complete it, you can easily track the time elapsed between different activities.
This method has been a game-changer for me. I was able to identify tasks that were consuming too much of my time and adjust my schedule accordingly. As a result, I saw a significant improvement in my productivity and efficiency. I went from being a D/C student to an A/B student, and my friend even went from a B student to a straight-A student by incorporating this simple practice into their daily routine.

I made an iOS shortcut that asks me what I did for the last half hour, and then adds that to my calendar. So I can look back at the end of the day and see everything. Pretty nifty.
